We offer flexible solutions catering for smaller outlets such as petrol forecourts, local shops and convenience stores to large supermarkets, mega stores and hypermarkets. Whether we supply a few promotions or participate in category management our approach is very different from the traditional supplier routine. We want to work closely with buyers on all aspects in the supply process, including the right quantity to maximise sales without incurring wastage, retail prices and multi-buy deals, timing and best delivery periods, POS and packaging and much more.
Understanding retailing is very different to growing or supplying plants, this is where many suppliers fall short and fail to deliver solutions that result in growth and success. Buyers in today’s large supermarkets and retail groups often move from category to category or look after several product groups and cannot be expected to know everything about every product. We recognise this and see our role as making the buyers job as easy as possible but in doing so not neglecting the core objectives: quality and value to the end customer whilst generating solid profit and turnover growth for the retailer
